We are seeking a dedicated Credit Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in delivering exceptional service to our customers, addressing inquiries related to loan applications, credit accounts, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent Communication skills

• Attention to detail.  You will be involved in loan contracts, so attention to detail is critical

• Ability to work with tight deadlines.  We try our best to turn around our customer’s requests

• Strong organizational skills keep up with various customer needs and conduct follow-ups 

• Microsoft Office knowledge

• AI automation skill (is an asset)

Experience and Associated Requirements:

• 1-2 years experience is Customer Service

• Ideally, this experience was in a lending environment and understand the basics of the loan process

• Clean criminal record.
